Shipping time

All in stock orders shipped same business day of order received by 12:00 pm EST.
Most orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
If your order has a delayed shipment time greater than 2 days, you will be contacted by Natural Health Market by email.

Shipping Service

All items are sent via USPS. All items are sent Standard Parcel Post or First class mail unless you choose another service at time of check out.
Currently, we do not ship any of our products to any international addresses.

Standard Shipping is $3.99 for orders up to $99.00. Shipping is Free for purchases over $99.00. California, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island residents must add and additional $3.00 to all shipping rates. See our rates chart below.

Shipping Insurance

What happens during shipping is out of the control of Natural Health Market. We do not replace missing or damaged items that occurred during the shipping process. You can choose to have items insured at time of check out. Just add it to additional notes at time of check out, then you will be billed for the insurance fee separately.
