All orders are shipped via
USPS to the United States only. See our

Returns |
You may return unopened items
purchased at naturalhealthmarket.com within 30 days
from the invoice date for a full refund.
Natural Health Market will refund the
purchase price for all authorized returns within 30
days of purchase. Please email
customer_service@naturalhealthmarket.com
to authorize in advance of return. Returned products
must be unopened, sealed,
undamaged condition,
unless item was received
defective.
You are responsible for
shipping fees on returned items. You will be
refunded the total cost paid for the item if the
item is returned in condition as noted above.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
For all returns, you must:
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Include the Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your
invoice. This number will be given to you
when you email
customer_service@naturalhealthmarket.com
in advance for all returns.

Return Policy for Exchange or
Replacement
|
We will gladly exchange or
replace a product within 30 days of invoice date.
If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned
need to be unused,
unopened, sealed, in original
packaging.
You are responsible for shipping
fees on exchanges or replacement, unless item(s) are
being exchanged or replaced due to our error.
You may exchange for any other item(s) currently
for sale at Natural Health Market. We can not
be responsible if a product has become out of stock.
If the item that you wish to exchange for cost less
than the original, you will be refunded the
difference thru PayPal. If the item(s) cost
more than the original, you will be charged, along
with shipping costs thru PayPal. Item(s) will
be shipped once payment is received.For all
exchanges or replacements, you must:
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Include the product number and description
of the new item that you want for exchange or
replacement.

Missing or
Damaged item(s) |
All items are carefully packaged
and twice checked for order accuracy. We ship all
items via the reliable and competent USPS.
What happens during shipping is out of the control
of Natural Health Market. We do not replace
missing or damaged items that occurred during the
shipping process. If a package has arrived to
you opened or damaged, you need to place a claim
with the USPS, you then must contact us at
customer_service@naturalhealthmarket.com
so that we may also submit a claim. Items that
are not insured are not guaranteed. You
can choose to have items insured at time of check
out. Just add it to additional notes at time
of check out, then you will be billed for the
insurance fee separately. |
