So if a customer clicks-through from your site and returns up to 12 months later to make a purchase, you will still get the credit (unless the customer has deleted the cookie).

Affiliate Payments

All payments are made monthly. At the end of each month you will be sent an amount for the entire balance of your affiliate account if it exceeds the $25.00 minimum. If your account balance is less than $25.00, the balance will be carried forward to the following month until the $25.00 minimum is achieved. A minimum of $25.00 in your account is required to receive payments.

Restrictions

The Natural Health Market will terminate any affiliate whose Web sites (and/or online activity) promotes, links to, and/or engages in any of the following:

• Violence or hate-oriented speech
• Pornography, obscene, or offensive content
• Illegal substances
• Unsolicited commercial email (Spam) or trademark infringement .

• Any other type of misleading, fraudulent, or illegal activity .

Natural Health Market may terminate an Affiliate for any of the following reasons:

• Affiliate is not actively linking to Natural Health Market.
• Affiliate generates no direct traffic to Natural Health Market for 120 consecutive days.
